has been working with tool steels for over 20 years and as a professional knife maker has had the opportunity to work with some of the finest blade smiths in the country. He gained additional experience in extensive work with a traditional samurai sword smith. Barr has taken his knowledge and skill and applied it to the making of fine tools, tools, that are hand forged and individually tempered to hold a superior edge with a balance and finish not available commercially.
