Mike Dunbar-Style Scorp (5/16" x 1 1/4" x 4")

Based on the pattern popularized by Windsor chair making master Mike Dunbar, this scorp is designed for hollowing chair seats efficiently and comfortably. The 5/16" × 1¼" × 4" geometry produces a controlled, repeatable hollow with each pull — not too aggressive, not too timid. Hand forged for edge retention through long saddling sessions. If you make Windsor chairs, the scorp is the tool that defines the seat; this one gets it right.
